If you want to share tree climbing with family and friends but hesitate because of the “what-ifs,” this workshop is for you. We developed the DRT Rescue Workshop in response to requests from several students who want to be prepared to rescue their loved ones should the need arise. Prior to this workshop, we offered rescue training only as part of our Facilitator Program. We realize that not everyone wants to become a professional facilitator, but rescue training is of value to all. Prerequisite Minimum number of participants for the workshop to go forward is 3, maximum enrollment is 6. Minimum age for participation is 18 years. Course Description
As a bonus, we will demonstrate multi-pitch DRT and SRT rescues. Training in these will be included in a future Advanced Rescue Workshop that will be open to graduates of this DRT Rescue Workshop. Click here to view the DRT Rescue Workshop Outline.
